Finn is TeacherWave's paid AI add-on. When a tutor or an academy asks Finn to build a test or a learning plan, we send the request to an AI model provider, which writes the answer and sends it back. This page names every provider we use for that and where each one processes requests.
What is sent: what the tutor typed into Finn's form, the names of their own sections, the text of their own bank questions if they ask Finn to reuse them, our own instructions, and a random account reference that is not their name or email address. Nothing about any student is sent, and tutors must not type anyone's personal information into Finn. Using your own AI assistant instead sends nothing to anyone.
