Your academy holds the subscription and owns the teaching library. Your tutors teach their own students with the same booking, classroom, levels, plans, tests and report cards an individual tutor has, and never see a bill. You invite the tutors, share one set of plans and tests, and hand each tutor's join link to the students who belong with them.
One subscription, every tutor
The academy pays; the tutors never do. €39.99 a month covers 2 tutors, and each tutor beyond that is €14.99 a month. No tiers and nothing per student.
One library, shared by the team
Questions, tests and learning plans are written once by the academy and assigned by every tutor. A tutor who leaves keeps their students and their marks; the library stays with you.
You decide who teaches whom
Each tutor has a join link, and the academy hands it out. A student who opens it joins that tutor and nobody else. Remove or restore a student, see every student's progress, and keep the whole roster in view.
What your team pays each month
The plan includes 2 tutor accounts. Every tutor beyond that adds one seat at €14.99 a month. A seat is taken when you send a tutor's invitation and freed when it lapses, is revoked, or the tutor is removed.

Add a tutor mid-month and the seat is billed from your next invoice; remove one and it is paid to the end of the period you are in. Cancelling ends the subscription at the end of the paid period, and the academy keeps working until then.
Set up the academy once, then let the team teach
Register the academy
Name it, choose a password, done. You become its first admin. An admin manages the academy and does not teach; a person who does both holds a tutor account too.
Invite your tutors
Each invitation is a single-use link to the tutor's email. Sending one takes a seat; accepting it turns the seat into a tutor. Invite further admins the same way — they take no seat.
Build the library
Write questions, tests and learning plans once, or hand a brief to your AI assistant and upload its reply. Every tutor assigns from the same library.
Hand out the join links
Every tutor has a join link that only you can see and share. Give each student the link for the tutor they belong with, and they join that tutor and nobody else.
What the academy gets
Seats that follow your team
Add a tutor and the seat count follows; remove one and it drops. Your invoice always reads the plan plus the tutors you actually have.
The library is yours
Tutors read and assign from it; only admins change it. A copy assigned to a student is that tutor's, so a plan half-way through never changes under a student.

See who is with whom, remove and restore students, and open any student's progress — their level, their plans, their marks and their attendance.
Tutors keep everything a tutor has
Booking, the classroom, levels, assessments, report cards and messages, exactly as an independent tutor has them. Only billing and authoring move to the academy.
